Meredith McCorkel is the Learning and Development Manager at Sazerac, where she integrates her background as a process engineer with a passion for people to drive workforce excellence and operational performance. With her hands-on experience in operations across both the spirits and chemical industries, Meredith brings an ability to quickly identify learning gaps and deliver tailored, results-oriented solutions.

She is known for designing and leading high-impact training programs that are tightly aligned with business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sustained success. Meredith holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management from the University of Louisville’s J.B. Speed School of Engineering.

Meredith resides in Louisville, KY with her husband Chris and their three children—Wayden, Elia, and Lillian. In her free time, she enjoys exploring local parks with her family.
