Dennis Ivanov is the Global Talent Acquisition Director at Unimacts, where he architected and scaled a Recruiting Center of Excellence that delivered over $2M in cost savings while supporting manufacturing expansion across the U.S., Mexico, India, and Europe. With a 15+ year career spanning Amazon, Microsoft, and global manufacturing, Dennis brings deep expertise in executive hiring, workforce planning, and recruiting operations. He is known for building high-impact TA systems from the ground up—merging employer branding, process excellence, and strategic advisory into a single function. At Amazon, he led technical and executive recruiting across 22+ countries and helped shape global TA strategy for Operations Technology and AI/ML organizations. At Unimacts, he embedded recruiting directly into P&L leadership, site launches, and M&A integrations. Dennis is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, contributing insights to shape cutting-edge research in leadership and organizational practices. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Montana State University and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
